Shipping charges are additional. Shipping varies by weight and location.
Turnaround time is variable per project, but is no less than 2 weeks per project.
High volume times (October - January) may require a longer lead time.
Rush requests will incur additional fees for labor and shipping.
Local pickup is available at no charge, but must be arranged in advance.
Half of the total amount of the project is due before production begins. The remaining balance plus shipping costs is due before project will be shipped.
No refunds are available. Custom projects cannot be resold due to their presonalized nature, therefore no refunds will be given. Replacements will be assessed on an individual basis. We are not responsible for errors in spelling or dates if the "error" matches the information the buyer provided to us.
We are not responsible for melting during shipping. Soy wax is very soft and we cannot control the weather, nor can we control how the shipment is treated by shipping personnel. We reserve the right to refuse to ship during the summer months (May through August).
Due to the nature of soy wax, frosting and/or "wet spots" may occur. Replacements will not be considered for these reasons. Frosting is a natural process that indicates soy wax. "Wet spots" can occur when a candle goes through a temperature change (such as can occur during shipment). Neither of these issues affect the performance of the candle and are merely aesthetic features that give the candles character.
Temperature changes can also cause candles to sweat. If this occurs, simply dab the candle tops with a dry paper towel. This does not affect the performance of the candle.
Proper candle care instructions must be followed to preserve the integrity and safety of the product so that it burns its best all the way to the end. Instructions are provided on a warning label on the bottom of each candle.
